Hi, I’m Joanie — a wife, proud mom of three, and the founder of Bold Administration, a Winnipeg-based provider of virtual assistant services for small businesses, entrepreneurs, and busy professionals across Canada and the United States.

With over 15 years of experience in administrative support, medical administration, and business operations, I specialize in helping small business owners stay organized, efficient, and focused on growth. I support clients with calendar management, email management, data entry, and day-to-day business administration.

Based in Winnipeg, Bold Administration understands the unique needs of Canadian small businesses, healthcare professionals, and online entrepreneurs. Whether you’re a local business owner or operating remotely, my goal is to provide reliable, high-quality remote administrative support that helps streamline your operations and reduce overwhelm.

Bold Administration was created from a desire to break out of the 9-5 and raise my children at home while still contributing to my family. I recognized that outsourced administrative services and virtual office support could be delivered remotely with efficiency, professionalism, and care. That vision became my business foundation.

Today, I lead a team of dedicated professionals who share the same values.
